I take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our merchandise, Carol Kennelly Millinery does not accept returns. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:
i) the item is in its original condition
ii) the item has not been worn, used or damaged; and
iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.
Merchandise returned to Carol Kennelly Millinery for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as I am unable to accept COD deliveries. Please note that I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
