The National Portrait Gallery reopens in London with an exhibition of trailblazing photography by Madame Yevonde, whose 1935 “Goddessed and others “ series dreamily depicted the days society swans. Now Tatler recreates her pictures in magical mythical style.

Sisters Vimbai & Esther Masiyiwa recreate Yevonde’s 1936 double portrait of Lady Patricia Douglas, daughter of the 11th Marquess of Queensberry. Both sisters are wearing the Beyoncé headpiece by Carol Kennelly Millinery
